After spending the past couple months throwing temper tantrums about the Democrats not giving him another blank check for his debacles in Iraq and Afghanistan, Chimperor McPetulant used his veto crayon for the second time on the SCHIP bill, which would spend less than 3% of that amount for children's health care here at home.

It was Bush's seventh veto in seven years — all but one coming since Democrats took control of Congress in January. Wednesday was the deadline for Bush to act or let the bill become law. The president also vetoed an earlier, similar bill expanding the health insurance program.

Yeah UL, remember when we 'had to end Federal welfare payments' (at the Reboobs insistent urging) because we were 'wasting' all of $17 billion a YEAR -- NATIONALLY --giving desperately poor people food and support money?? But now those Reboob assholes can come along and blithefully ask for $50 or $100 or $190 BILLION to continue an illegal, immoral war where we kill/maim 10's of thousands (at LEAST) and thousands of our own!?
