No.
Gawd, this is a worse shyster joke than "what do you call 20,000 lawyers at the bottom of the Marianas Trench?"
Alberto Gonzales is named the American Bar Association's "Lawyer of the Year." And it isn't even that kind of bar, which you could then almost understand, sort of.
Hold on... Jebus, the list just keeps getting longer and longer...

Well, technically it was the ABA Journal, not the ABA itself. And the editor noted that Gonzales's "influence" was akin to that of Hitler and Stalin.
bebeh jebus weepted
Yeah, I see what the ABA Journal (much like 'Time' does too) means by this title -- they're actually saying something more akin to 'The Biggest Newsmaking Lawyer of the Year' which is ultimately ethically neutral. And I can see that when you are (at least purportedly) a NEWS mag like Time, Newsweek, etc, but when you're a professional journal of a professional society, it IMPLIES that you value high ethics, morals, contributions to society, and performance. If "The National Enquirer" or "The Star" or one of those tabloids name someone as their 'Person of the Year', we don't expect much more than Brittany, Madonna, OJ, etc because it's strictly about 'the buzz'. I expect a higher standard from the official ABA publication..
I know. I almost threw up when I read it. Now THIS is the kind of attitude that caused 9/11!!!
The notABA would like to apologize for the typo. That should read "Liar of the Year". Sorry for the inconvenience and elevated blood pressures.
