The American Civil Liberties Union comes to not-gay gay senator's defense -- by getting firmly behind his penchant for having gay sex in public mens' rooms.
In an effort to help not-gay gay Sen. Larry Craig, the ACLU is arguing that people who have sex in public bathrooms have an expectation of privacy.Other people who use public bathrooms in the expectations of taking a crap without being stalked by gay senators looking for a cornholing could not be reached for comment.
"The government cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Senator Craig was inviting the undercover officer to engage in anything other than sexual intimacy that would not have called attention to itself in a closed stall in the public restroom," the ACLU wrote in its ... ahem ... brief.
"Hi! Are you using that butt hole?"

I almost crapped my pants when I read that. That is one of the funniest comments I've read in a very long time. :)
Yup. That would be Maru. I came here all depressed from just having cleaned a barfload of warm cat barf off the bed, a cat (not the barfer) and the floor. Now I'm pissing myself larfing. Thank you Maru.
I just hope the good folks at the ACLU were laughig AND peeing in their pants when they wrote THAT brief.......
Their whole argument does not pass the laugh test, but remember ACLU also defended Rush Shitbaugh over his hilbilly heroin usage
