wow, Paul. How sad if that's true. It would mean a
personality disintegration, wouldn't it?
Lets face it - - W's uncomfortable speaking about things he's not knowledgeable about, which unfortunately is most governmental policies, history, ideas, and facts. As a result, he probably just wants to get through it quick and doesn't really give a fuck about what he's saying - - that's probably why he makes so many gaffes.
