Another day, another Republican indicted. Republican Arizona Congressman Rick Renzi indicted on multiple federal charges.
Republican Rep. Rick Renzi has been indicted for extortion, wire fraud, money laundering and other charges related to a land deal in Arizona. A 26-page federal indictment unsealed in Arizona accuses republican Renzi and two former business partners of conspiring to promote the sale of land that buyers could swap for property owned by the federal government. The sale netted one of the republican's former partners $4.5 million.Bonus: Renzi is one of the Arizona state co-chairs for John McCain’s presidential campaign.

Naw. Renzi is just another corrupt Mormon politician along the lines of Multiple Choice Mitt (Romney). He was corrupt back when I lived in Arizona, and hasn't gotten any less corrupt since. Mormons make this deal about how they're, like, morally superior because of their special underwear or somethin', but when it all comes down to nuts and bolts a crook is a crook regardless of his religion.
