Oil prices, meanwhile, surged above $108 -- a new record.

$3.20??? Over here, it's closer to FOUR FUCKING BUCKS.
Here in northern NH we have been averaging $3.24 for the past couple weeks.
If you don't buy that $4/gallon gas, the terrists will have won and will dance in the streets.
