The US president was disappointed to find he would be honoring Petty Officer Michael Monsoor, rather than Fluffy McFluffersons, the Navy's mine-detection sea lion.
"He's bearing up rather well, considering," said Sec of State Condoleezzaa Rice. "He spent all day coloring in that medal."
