U.S. image improves after years of decline

With the Bush term mercifully drawing to a close, the U.S. image abroad has slowly begun to improve. After worsening for years under the Bush misadministration, though, we still have a long way to go, as the United States is still viewed more negatively than the European Union, Brazil, China, India, Chile, Columbia, Zimbabwe, North Korea, Cuba, Peru, Elbonia, and Russia.
