Historians write off aWol McWarMonkey's disastrous presidency

Some WATB at towndump.com whines --

"'One hundred nine historians already nearly unanimously agree. They call the presidency of George W. Bush a 'failure'."

Then he blames it not on the mega-disastrous presidency of aWol von Stupid, but on the fact that some of the historians are Democrats.

Then there's this guy:

"[Dumbass McDoNothing] has been taking a beating from the Right lately. On a handful of issues, conservative members of his own party have been heaping abuse on his administration. Has Bush gone wobbly? Here's the narrative, as articulated by those ladling out the scorn. The president, in his final months in office, is casting about for a few "legacy" items rather than worrying about what's right for the country and what's good for his party. He is being betrayed by a lack of discipline and focus in the White House, and he's listening to bad ideas.

"'We're not looking at legacies,' says Tony Fratto, deputy White House press secretary. 'That's not a word that's allowed to be uttered in this building'."

LOL. I bet.
