Awwwwwwwwww

Cry me a fucking river.

Egotistical conservaturd talking recti heads' jealously and panic evident as their eight years of joyously taking it up the crapper threatens to finally come to an ignominious close:

A "high-level source inside MSNBC" says network stars Tim Russert and Chris Matthews are "upset" and "pissed" that Keith Olbermann is getting all the kudos for being one of the few outspoken critics of the current administration "tainting the network's credibility with his 'activism'."

"Every Tuesday night Keith is up there as the face of NBC News. That's a problem," says the source. "[Tim] Russert is upset about it. Russert has spent 20 years building credibility...
Only to lose it by his constant, obsequious sucking up to the rethugs these past few years.
..."All of a sudden he's taking questions from Keith Olbermann, the Daily Kos blogger?"
As opposed to himself, Dick "dick" Cheney's go-to guy for catapulting the propaganda. Right.
The insider says Olbermann's election night partner has reservations as well:

"Chris Matthews is quite pissed about it. He knows a lot about politics and he takes it seriously. He's so close to it that he's not that political.
WFT????!?
He's not an activist — Keith's an activist. That's the difference."

A network spokesperson dismissed the complaints, saying, "Your source is ill-informed, the assertions are laughable, and Russert/Matthews et al are WATBs that need to get a fucking grip. Preferably on something other than the WH dong."
(Slightly paraphrased)

Always interesting how you're an 'activist' (with the unmistakable derogatory overtones) when your sticking up for the 'little guy'/environment, but you're laudable for being an impartial, adult "X" (insert: TV anchor, judge, editor, etc) if you unquestioningly support the status quo (read: MIC), even if you REPEATEDLY go off the deep end like Tweety, Rush, O'Reilly, etc. And Russert is only slightly more subtle in his catering to the powerful.
