That was $300,000? Yeah, they're not out of touch. Shit, my house was much less than that, too. Also, it was f'ing ugly.
But...she probably slouched a little bit while she wore the outfit -- so as not to be mistaken as 'elite' or anything like that! It really makes ALL the difference in the WORLD!
(but fucking seriously -- that's around 6 or 7 yrs salary for me, and I'm doing relatively OK. For somebody making $6/hr, that's about 25 yrs worth of work -- before taxes! But I'm SURE she has our economic interests in mind!)
I think the other multimillionaire best represents my interests.
Yeah, because the other multimillionaire got his money the hard way, by earning it, instead of by marrying it.
But remember, earning a few million dollars by writing a best-selling book makes you "elitist", while marrying money makes you "common people". Alrighty, then!
