"Critics continue to ask how much McCain really knew about Palin before he selected her as his running mate, especially in light of that fact that he keeps referring to her, in speeches, as Whatshername.'" OK, that was Dave Barry.

Angry community organizers defended their work as they fought back against insults by Gov. Palin and others at the Republican National Contemptible.

Iraq vets taunt John McInsane at republican convention. Why do our veterans hate our troops/America?

Former McCain campaign adviser Mike Murphy: "In a year where the DemocratIC generic numbers are 10+ points better than the Republican, I don’t like the math of a strategy that just polarized the election along party base lines. Among the vital sliver of voters in the middle, I think Palin’s rock solid social conservatism will be a turn-off. And while voters may value vision over experience, Palin’s inexperience is a weakness, denying McCain an argument that has been helping him against Obama. So that’s my concern with Sarah Palin. Interesting person, bad strategic choice to win the election."

With 60 days left in the campaign, Sarah Palin is going back to Alaska -- to study. "Forget whether or not Sarah Palin is ready to be president. She's not even ready to be a candidate for vice president."

In a related story, sanctimonious vichycrat Joe 'a Democrat like me' Lieberman is "helping" her with foreign policy.

Mike Huckabee: "Sarah Palin got more votes running for mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, than Joe Biden did running for President." Palin got 1,525 votes in 1999 Wasilla re-election; Biden got 76,165 votes in 2008 presidential election.

Isn't Huckabee supposed to be the churchy fella? Lying's still a sin, right?
