Always-wrong hack to spend more time being wrong

Andrew Sullivan, like many of us, has had enough:

Speculation about what will replace the execrable, incoherent column that Bill Kristol has been phoning in to the paper he despises is buzzing around the Internets...

Yep, we may finally be seeing the end of the malingering repuke spunkbubble that has been masquerading as a columnist at the NYT:

George Bush isn't the only republican who could be out of a job come January. Rumors are pinging around the blogosphere that the New York Times isn't inclined to renew the one-year contract of Bill Kristol, the neo-conservative [wank-brained sausage jockey who was responsible for bringing us Sarah Failin].

Why might the Times give up on Kristol? Oh, gosh, so many reasons. But it can't help that he pissed on the paper that publishes his polemics during a recent Daily Show appearance.

What a week this has been! What a rare mood I'm in! Why it's almost like bein' in love...

Hay, after 8 - 14 years, I think we're all entitled to be a bit giddy.
