I get it, but Iraq is not Afghanistan, the beheading is what we are trying to prevent, the sending of more US troops to Afghanistan will push the Taliban to the periphry, and then with actual policy goals (unlike what we did in Iraq) we will be able to build schools, roads, and infrastructure....security and safety is the key to helping the Afghanis.....the real problem is Pakistan....so close to being a failed state.....
