Thank God it never happened, but if my Daughter/best friend ever would have came home and said, “Dad, I got kicked off the volleyball team for sending nude photos of myself to some cute guy at school on my cell phone. This so totally sucks.”
My daughter and I are very close, mind you.
My first thought would be: How did I not see this coming? But definitely the last thing I’m thinking about is, “It's the SCHOOLS fault, and I'm Suing them!”
I want to know what the hell is wrong with the parents in this story.

Agreed that my first thought would be "how could you do something so dumb?", but I also wonder why a school is punishing one girl for doing something stupid 3 years ago and why doing something stupid is grounds for any discipline by a school. If it is a morals issue--ie anyone who has sent a naked picture of themselves can not participate in athletics--I would take it on as a free speech issue.
