Hundreds of dead and thousands of wounded can be sanitized and packaged so pretty. Just like fireworks. Ain't it purty?

That'd be White Phosphorous aka Willy Pete then, the "smoke screen" weapon that (entirely as an undesirable side-effect, you understand) also effectively napalms anyone nearby - which is yet another war crime to add to the growing list.
