PSM

Hi all, lately a lot of readers who use IE have had trouble opening this site. I've removed the weather map and many of the other extra widgets hoping this will solve the problem. Blogger has also been having issues the past few weeks and I've contacted them about this one. Please bear with us as we try to fix this!

5 PM: I've left another message with the folks at Blogger.

I am bearing with you but as of 1pm PST Saturday 1-17-2009, the problem persists.

I sort of get around it by clicking on the big red "stop loading this page" X immediately after I click on "OK" in the "can't load this page" popup.

I have problems with the site using Firefox on my Mac. However, Safari works fine as does Firefox on my Dell lap top.

Okay, so for the past few days I've been able to get on the site with IE, but as soon as I move the cursor, a window pops up and says that IE can't open your site. "Operation aborted". And it closes down. I've been getting on with Firefox.

Just tried it again and the same thing happened.

Arrrgghhhh. I can check the html codes even though I have no idea what I'm doing.

OK, over at the Blogger page there are other people whose blogs can't be viewed with IE. That's just one of many issues that have sprung up on Blogger lately. Nobody's come up with any answers yet.

Internet Exploder for some reason refuses to comply with universal standards. I've had problems with it on your site and simply visit on Firefox anymore. I had the same problem on my blog. I found that the stupid digg widgets made it load slowly. I'm still using the weather widget, but got rid of some of the other stuff too. Your site loads right up now on FF, I'm avoiding IE.
