Yes, and they will nickel and dime police and fire departments, strangle teachers unions, decimate dept. of transportation budgets and then complain that their children are not being properly educated, the roads have potholes, the police department took too long to respond to the complaint of neighborhood kids on their lawns and sue the fire department for not having enough equipment or staffing to save their house on fire.
Wanting it both ways does not translate to having it right.
