The whole "point to the authority in the US Constitution" line of questioning is absurd. Geithner said that they were empowered by legislation from Congress, so the part of the Constitution that she's looking for is Article 1, Section 1, establishing the Congress. Is she that daft that she doesn't understand that the Congress was created by the Constitution?
