Or maybe they'll do it for some other reason. The FreedomWorks site says the Tea Party movement began in reaction to President Obama's corporate bailouts and ensuing yawning budget deficits. These same conservatives, however, were mum when George W. Bush erased our budget surplus and put us deep in the red by drunken spending on a pointless war in Iraq and by, yes, granting massive tax rollbacks for the loaded country clubbers who fund the GOP (and Armey's FreedomWorks). Another bothersome detail: The bailouts were also initiated by Bush.

Where the fuck were all these people when Reagan raised the taxes on people making less then $75,000/year to pay for the tax cuts for those making $250,000 plus/year!?!?!
This is ALL just 'publicity seeking' crapola - - the Repukes just want to keep their name out there, EVEN if they have to tell laughably obvious lies, make asinine accusations, or hold embarrassingly idiotic events. Like a hot-air balloon, that's all that keeps them afloat -- if they stopped lying they'd fall to earth, never to be heard from again! The old cliche about 'I don't care WHAT they say about me as long as they spell my name right' is the operative principle here...
