The Texas House Friday voted to drain most of GOP Gov. Rick 'Secessionist' Perry’s office budget and instead spend the money on community mental health crisis services and veterans’ services.
"Maybe the Governor will avail himself of some of the fine services offered by our new community mental health centers," quipped one patriot.

And yes, maybe Governor Good-hair should avail himself of those services, for the good of his state.
