The mattress-soiling troglotards of Dittospankville are still choleric that Pres Obama spent $100,000 going to NYC -- all the while blithely ignoring the fact that his predecessor, Smirky McLaZBoy, spent over $17 million on trips just to Crawford alone. Stef at dKos does the math:
At a bare minimum, for the flights alone, Bush's 77 vacation trips to Crawford cost us $226,072 per trip. [That's just the estimated cost of flying Air Force One.] That's $17,407,544 so he could ride his bicycle in the woods and clear brush for the cameras.
And from CBS (mostly):
The Dictator-tot took 149 trips to Camp David, bringing his total time spent there to 487 days. Yes, that's 487 days. And Camp David is not even where the lazy little Disaster-fuck spent the most time: Bush made 77 visits to his photo-op pig farm in Crawford during his residency, and spent all or part of 490 days there.
Fucking retards.

That’s cheap because it doesn’t include the cost of the C-141 Starlifter cargo planes (plural!) toting the president's bulletproof limousines and armed Secret Service vans for the president on the ground.
As a side note, Col. James B. Swindal, the Air Force One pilot who flew John F. Kennedy's body back to Washington in the hours after his assassination in Dallas, died Tuesday (May 1) at the age of 88.
