Biased GOP aims to paint Sotomayor as biased

Rethuglicans 'acknowledge that she's almost certain to win confirmation,' but they're still going to go out of their way to slander and misrepresent her to the public.

The Old Rich White Adulterers Party plans to confront the Supreme Court nominee with her own words, using 15-year-old speeches, notes she passed to girlfriends in high school, and fan mail to Oingo Boingo as they try to raise doubts about her ability to judge fairly.

"We remain focused on some fundamental questions about the philosophy of Judge Sotomayor as expressed in her statement on more than one occasion over a period of 15 years," Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala, said Monday after the hearings ended for the day.
When an actual reporter asked Sessions why he shouldn't forever be held to account for past statements such as "the Ku Klux Klan was not so bad until" he "found out that some of them smoked marijuana" and the NAACP and the ACLU are "un-American" and "Communist-inspired" because they "forced civil rights down the throats of people," the ol' Confederate pointed to the right, shouted "look!!" then ran away.
