Brutal ruling quashes birthers' suit

Judge repudiates Oily Taintz birther suit. Now he can focus on the case of that young girl raped and murdered by Glenn Beck in 1990.

"This Court will not interfere in internal military affairs nor be used as a tool by military officers to avoid deployment. The Court has a word for such a refusal to follow the orders of the President of the United States, but it will leave the issue to the military to resolve," the judge wrote.

A firing squad is in order here. Not for the office...for Taintz. I am not too sure this judge isn't ready to decree just such a measure if she comes back to that court.

I don't know that I would characterize it as a 'brutal' ruling like the article did - - it's just a TRUTHFUL, appropriate response to an ENTIRELY frivolous lawsuit (you know, those kind of lawsuits the Repukes are ALWAYS trying to stop when it involves a poor person suing a rich person).
