An Irish bookmaker offering odds on how long Sarah Palin will last at Fox "News" says about half of betters believe she will be gone in a year.
Fox announced Monday that Palin has a "multiyear contract" as a pundit. But the odds on Paddy Power are 8-1 that she will be gone by Sept. 1, 10-11 that she will depart between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31 and 11-10 that she will still be on the Fox payroll in 2011.

You can put real money on this (as well as get good information on the market's best guess - a really powerful prediction mechanism) at intrade.
They were offering 56 to 44 a few days ago that shitpile would run 4 prez; I thought betting against her would a very good "investment" (too much work for such a tiny brain.) Now its down to 40 - 60 against. (click to see the chart.) Wish I'd gotten in earlier....
