I especially liked the part where Colbert so effectively demolishes Palin's weak-ass/double-standard apology for Limp-balls ("he's being ironic - that's different") by showing that NO, Limbaugh was NOT being 'ironic' when he twice (in the short clip shown) referred to the Democrats as 'retarded'. He was being derogatory, directly insulting, calling them a name. And Palin was being hypocritical by criticizing the Dems but excusing the Repukes (as Colbert so effectively parodies at the end!)

Of course this whole episode of Palin calling for Emmanuel's resignation (though -- as a progressive 'Demoncrat' -- I'd like to see that because I think he's helped push the Dems rightward) for his privately berating some progressive Dems as "fucking retarded" is just more meaningless Repuke diversionary drama. Palin, Limbaugh, O'Reilly, Bush, Cheney and all the rest of the fucking neo-cons do NOT have any pro-active plans for this country! All those assholes want to do is the same shit (ie; reduce taxes, reduce government oversight, spend more on the bloated military) that got us into this mess* for the past 30 yrs! They want to restore W's policies and wait around for something (anything!) to happen by accident, and then try to misconstrue it (with the MSM's reliable acquiescence) to their advantage.
