Hannah Giles, who helped create the fraudulent ACORN tapes, is angry that ACORN decided to sue her for lying about them.
Fake prostitute/real whore Giles sends out a frothing, whiny fundraising letter stating that the group she set out to destroy is out to destroy her, marking the first time in history that tin-foil ink is used.
Stupid bint. Karma sucks, doesn’t it?

Wow. I have to admit that I'm surprised that Ms. Giles stationery doesn't have a little heart in place of the dot over the "i" in Giles.
That said, I'm so glad she wrote this. It actually firmly states a few of the slanders merely implied by the tapes-- in big bold print with her bare face hanging out, the better to reinforce plaintiff's claim that malice was in fact intended aforethought to the defendant and that no remorse has followed the act, indeed that defendant is unrepentant and ready to do it again, if so permitted.
Makes it so, so, so much easier for the judge. Thanks, dummy, your father taught you everything he knew, which is to say, nothing. For her next trick, she'll roll over on O'Keefe: it was all his idea, I was naive young slave, Mongo only pawn in game of life, etc.

Back when Stacy Koon was being tried for the beating of Rodney King, I received a similarly worded mass mailing from "him" which told me that if his poor dumb ass got convicted and sentenced to prison, he'd surely be killed there by the same criminals he'd sent up, which is crap of course because cops don't do hard time with the general prison pop, regardless of the crime, they do min security well away from all that.
The shamelessness of the appeal is identical.

If ACORN suffers no harm, then no suit shall succeed. It's necessary to show harm, and the greater the harm, the greater the gravity of the suit.
I'm now looking at the supposed democratic party pussy-whipped acquiescence to pull ACORN funding in a very different light. What if it's the case that they agreed to it, knowing that it would provide exactly the evidence of resultant harm needed to bring this to trial?
Could it be that they're smarter than we think?
