Hi guys, been busy working on my resume and cleaning the house for Christmas. Plus I have to start making cookies soon! Gingerbread, poppy seed, spice cookies, and I'm going to try those "stained glass" ones. What are you making?

Making a German "Baumkuchen" (Tree Cake)this year. It's very labor intensive, but sooooo worth it.
Last nite my better half made a delish batch of 'spritz' butter cookies mit black and silver shprinkles... lahvely! My yearly tradition is to make a bunch of cookies for the animals in the auto prep the shop I work at... choco biscotti, choco chip, rice krispy & marchmallow treat mit peanut butter, NOM. The only two complaints I ever get are 1) not enuf biscotti and 2) if the wives/girlfriends get them first, none left fer the dudes boo hoo.
I'm making tracks to the relatives place.
I love those "stained glass" cookies! My aunt and uncle make them, I don't think they're difficult. Wow...now I have to ask if they'll make some for me.
