Crossdressing transsexual QTip Ann 'the man' Coulter on ABC's 'Good Morning America':

Diane Sawyer: You are going to be on the New York Times bestseller list slugging it out with Hillary Clinton.

Annthrax: I hope so.

Diane: Who is going to win?

Annorexic: Umm, well, I think she has a three to one pound advantage over me, but we will see.

Diane: (stunned silence) Three to one pound advantage? Did you just say what I think you said?

So...how IS that Afghanistan thing going these days, anyway?
"Terrists declared war on the United States of America, and war is what they got."
- Serial liar, bunkerbunny, and Vietnam War deserter Napoleon Bonehead, NYC, 6/23/03. What about your deals with the Taliban last week? And where's Osama again?

Who's ready to puke?!

What planet was that on?
"Thank God we have a president who, when our (country) was attacked in a way we never experienced before, understood it's not a time for national hand-wringing, it's a time for national leadership. On Sept. 11 and thereafter we could have never had a stronger leader for our country or a better friend for our city and state than George W. Bush." - the evidently insane and incontinent NY Gov. George Pataki, 6/23/03.

Because on Planet Earth:

  • Hearing about the WTC attacks, while in the middle of reading to a Florida elementary school class, Squinty the Chimp remarks 'There's one terrible pilot.'

  • Instead of leaving, Bunnypants chooses to stay for another 31 minutes, reading to children in Florida and having additional photo-ops.

  • Bush does not authorize a shootdown of hijacked airliners, or gives no orders to evacuate any government buildings or for residents and workers to seek shelter.

  • The White House is ordered to be evacuated, a full 59 minutes after the first WTC strike, 40 minutes after Cheney and Rice are ordered underground, and 29 minutes after the government was aware that one or more hijacked planes were en route to Washington.

  • Even though Flight 77 is known to be hijacked and en route to Washington, at least one NORAD source claims that no Andrews AFB fighters were ever put on alert.

  • Although no evidence of a threat to his plane surfaces, and at this time no planes were in the air, the Coward of Crawford bunker-hops his way across the US, to Louisiana, where he spends a few hours, to Nebraska - where he is escorted into an underground bunker built to withstand nuclear weapons - for another few hours.

  • At 7 PM he arrives at the WH, and at 8:30 he finally addresses the nation - approx 11 hours after NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani first provided needed leadership.

  • At 11:30 p.m. Bunnypants goes to bed.

  • September 12: The administration finally admits that it fabricated the entire story about how Bush went to Nebraska because "There was real and credible information that the White House and Air Force One were targets."

  • September 13: 11 members of Osama bin Laden's family are allowed to fly out of the US to Saudi Arabia, even before restrictions on commercial and private flying are lifted. The Saudis were apparently provided with private planes due to the intervention from former President George H.W. Bush.

  • September 14: the AWOL Chimpy the Chickenhearted visits the WTC site for the first time since the attacks.

  • Lawmakers emerging from briefings about the 9/11 attacks complain that they are being told virtually nothing. Says GOP senator John McCain, "We're learning more from CNN." Representative Neil Abercrombie, says, "You can't even begin to call these briefings."

  • Shortly after the 9/11 attacks, Bush had repeatedly assured voters that he would not raid the Social Security fund except in cases of war, recession or national emergency. Soon after 9/11 it was reported that Bush commented to Budget Director Mitch Daniels, "Lucky me, I hit the trifecta." Since then he's repeated the "joke" at numerous Republican fundraisers and other events.

  • January 28, 2002: Bush asks Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle to limit the Congressional investigation into the 9/11 attacks.

  • May 21: pReznit Poopypants admits that instead of trying to immediately return to the White House on 9/11, he was primarily concerned with getting himself "out of harm's way."

  • May 23: pReznit Evil comes out in opposition to the formation of a special committee to investigate the 9/11 attacks.

  • September 18: The Bush administration refuses to release information about 9/11 requested by the Congressional inquiry, specifically information that shows the President and his staff did receive warning of potential terrorist attacks against the United States, including plans by al Qaida linked terrorists to use hijacked planes as weapons, before 9/11.

  • Bunnypants also tries to welch out of the aid package he promised to NYC after the attacks. Dem senators Clinton and Schumer have to fight for the money from Washington.

Bipartisan committee sees "a long-term commitment of U.S. political cannon fodder troops" in Iraq.

Leading U.S. senators said on Monday they believed American troops could be targets in Iraq for at least five years, and that knowing the fate of Saddam Hussein and his sons was key for the future stability of the country. - ABC News.

    Bush backtracks on Iraq's WMD
    The story changes yet again!

    From the UK Telegraph:

Serial liar pReznit Stupid has retreated from predictions that banned Iraqi weapons would be found, promising only to discover the "true extent" of Saddam Hussein's weapons programs.

"The intelligence services of many nations concluded that he had illegal weapons and the regime refused to provide evidence they had been destroyed. We are determined to discover the true extent of Saddam Hussein's weapons programs, no matter how long it takes," he said in his weekly radio address.

His comments contrast with earlier declarations. In March he said: "Intelligence gathered by this and other governments leaves no doubt that the Iraq regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons ever devised*."

Idiot. What about the imminent threat to US interests? The 45-minute launch time? The nukes? The drone aircraft that could reach the US? Knowing exactly where the WMD were? The stories that the weapons were smuggled into Iran and Syria? That they had been stolen by looters?

What's next, that Saddam's dog buried them in the backyard??

Looters stole 6,000+ artifacts from Iraq's National Museum of Antiquities
Will Andrew Sullivan* and other bush mouthpieces retract their comments?

The Washington comPost reports: "U.S. and Iraqi officials have confirmed the theft of at least 6,000 artifacts from Iraq's National Museum of Antiquities during a prolonged looting spree as U.S. forces entered Baghdad two months ago, a leading archaeologist said yesterday... The June 13 total was double the number of stolen items reported by Customs a week earlier, and the final tally could be 'far, far worse.' Customs could not immediately obtain an updated report, a spokesman said... It now appears, however, that although the losses were not nearly as grave as early reports indicated, they go far beyond the 33 items known to have been taken from the museum's display halls." - via democrats.com.

Dying in Policing of Iraq to stay U.S. job
"Coalition of the willing" walks out of Bushies' illegal war

Some governments said they could not afford the economic or political costs. Some said they remain dubious about the legitimacy of the unprovoked U.S. war. Some said their militaries are already stretched thin by peacekeeping projects in Afghanistan, the Balkans and elsewhere. Still others said Chimp and Cheney could sit on one of their damn oil derricks and rotate.

"A lot of countries don't want us to fail, but they don't feel any responsibility for making the United States succeed or even to contribute to that success, because of the manner in which we went to war," said Brookings Institution scholar Ivo Daalder. "The chickens are coming home to roost."

Daalder contends that the number of countries cobbled together by the Bush misadministration helps hide the limited commitment most nations are making to a project often viewed with ambivalence, at best.

Despite U.S. efforts, he predicted, American forces will long continue to be the primary foreign targets security force in Iraq (link). Mission accomplished, huh?

'AFP reports, "Finland was in a political vacuum after a Nordic version of Iraqgate brought down Anneli Jaeaetteenmaeki, the country's first-ever woman prime minister, after only 63 days in power...

'"Jaeaetteenmaeki resigned suddenly late Wednesday amid claims she lied to parliament about her use of leaked secret government documents, becoming the first ever prime minister to resign amid a scandal. Democrats urged to challenge Bush's lies "credibility"
Failure to find weapons in Iraq may be election issue.

    From here, mostly:

Since the Dems in Washington have totally abrogated any responsibility, some Democratic party officials are urging the presidential candidates to aggressively take the misadministration to task for failing to find chemical or biological weapons in the seven weeks since the resident declared an end to major combat in Iraq.

Although the issue should not become overtly politicized, the party leaders said, the lingering uncertainty over the justification for war in Iraq poses legitimate and larger questions about the credibility of the Bush Cartel.

"If the president had an Achilles' heel, up until a week ago it was the economy," said Mike Erlandson, the chairman of Minnesota's Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party. "But what potentially is a bigger Achilles' heel than the economy and the loss of jobs, and a surplus that's turned into a deficit, is the issue of weapons of mass destruction."

As Democratic leaders from more than 40 states gathered this weekend to discuss the 2004 campaign, several state party officials said that the presidential contenders should drop their reluctance to challenge Bunnypants over yet-to-be-found weapons in Iraq that were used as the administration's chief argument for war. The issue is growing more important by the day, they said, as the number of U.S. casualties rises in Iraq and the outlook for building a new government remains uncertain.

"Our children are still dying there. As long as you got one kid on that soil, you've still got a war," said Tina Abbott, the vice chairwoman of the Michigan Democratic Party. "The weapons are an American question. It's not a Democrat or a Republican question."

"The issue has yet to be fully developed. It's taking on a head of steam just in the past few days," said Jim Pederson, chairman of the Arizona Democratic Party. "More and more people are going to be talking about it; more and more people are going to be questioning it. We need to know all the facts."

From (mostly) Christopher Reed, in Australia's The Age.com:

    Propaganda whore bitch busted
A reporter for The New York Times, Judith Miller, is the target of claims that she and her newspaper have been the vehicle for White House and Pentagon "propaganda" over Iraq's possession of weapons of mass destruction.

Miller, a Pulitzer Prize winner and co-author of a best-seller on biological warfare, is a hawk in the United States media coverage of Iraq's alleged weapons possession.

Miller's star status, frequent TV appearances and her newspaper's position as the daily US news agenda-setter, made her reports crucial to the war debate.

But her work has been attacked in The Washington Post, the New York Observer, The Nation magazine, the influential Washington newsletter CounterPunch, and independent weapons think tanks in Washington, such as the Arms Control Association.

Its executive director, Daryl Kimball, said: "The Times and Miller accepted shaky information from official sources that they should have known was questionable. In fact, it was propaganda."

When Orrin Hatch's "Exploring Utah" Web page boasted about his state's natural wonders, he didn't have in mind the photos of bare-breasted women that constituents saw when they clicked on the page's Utah-related search engine.

Hatch spokesman Adam Elggren said the senator's office found out about the errant Web link late Thursday and had it fixed a few hours later. It appears to be the latest case of "porn-napping" — an increasingly common form of cybersquatting where pornographic Web site operators snatch lapsed domain names from other companies.

In this case, Hatch's Web site featured a link to a Utah-related search engine whose registration renewal seems to have slipped through the cracks.

For at least a week and possibly more than a month, anyone clicking on the link from Hatch's site were shown dozens of photos of "Huge natural ...", you know.

Expert blasts Brits' bogus wmd files
From the UK Mirror, 6/20: Tony Blair's main dossier on the threat from Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction was "flawed" and based on "garbage grade" intelligence sources.

A former senior Australian intelligence analyst yesterday told MPs the dossier had been polished by a "marketing man" to persuade Parliament and the public to back military action.

Andrew Wilkie, who quit as intelligence adviser to Australian PM John Howard three months ago, said he resigned because he felt people in Britain, America and Australia were misled.

A US soldier was killed and two others wounded yesterday in a rocket-grenade attack. It was the third US fatality in 24 hours.

Bushies plant more phony documents in Iraq
If you can't plant actual WMD, plant fake paperwork citing WMD!

Seemingly undisturbed by the fact that the "incriminating" Galloway papers have been dismissed as planted forgeries, the Cheney/Bush Cartel are at it again.

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - U.S. forces broke into an abandoned community hall early Saturday and found piles of intelligence equipment and top secret documents bearing the seal of the former Iraqi secret service.

"It's potentially significant,'' said Capt. Ryan McWilliams, the battalion intelligence officer on the raid. He said there were "potentially some pretty strong documents regarding the intelligence service.''

Uh huh. You interested in buying a couple of abandoned, rusty trailers? Cheap?

    Oh fer.....
    Here's a good one.

    From Reuters, mostly:

Serial liar and fraudulent f*ckup Smirky the Sockstinker, trying again to explain the failure to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, said on Saturday that suspected arms sites had been looted in the waning days of Saddam Hussein's rule.

"For more than a decade, Saddam Hussein went to great lengths to hide his weapons from the world. And in the regime's final days, documents and suspected weapons sites were looted and burned," Bunnypants lied in his weekly radio address.

It is believed to be the first time chronic liar Snippy the Chimp has cited looting to explain the inability of U.S. forces to uncover chemical or biological weapons in Iraq, a U.S. official said.

Habitual prevaricator pReznit Pinhead had previously said weapons may have been destroyed before the war. The U.S. military has been criticized for failing to prevent looting at an Iraqi nuclear facility.

The Inept Impotentate has been widely criticized for misleading the public by asserting that Saddam had stockpiles of unconventional weapons that menaced the world. The allegations were the Dictator-tot's main justification for bypassing the United Nations and ordering the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

OK. So if he DIDN'T lie about the wmd, that means while we were carpetbombing the country and Rummy and his boys were guarding the oil, the Iraqis found the time and opportunity to sneak into these sites THAT WE ALREADY KNEW ABOUT AND HAD PINPOINTED ON MAPS, Colin Powell, and managed to walk out of there with all those TONS of weapons? Boy, as if you guys didn't look STUPID ENOUGH ALREADY. Nice try. Though unfortunately, the brainwashed bushmoonie sheep will buy it, hook, line, and stinker.

Where are the WMDs? Where's Congress?
    Puh.

As Maureen Dowd said, "The Democrats, already Fausted by their prewar fear of being pantywaists, naturally caved on open hearings."

Dick Meyer, the Editorial Director of CBSNews.com: "The WMD-Gate Inquisition has begun not with a bang but a whisper.

"There will not be a credible, serious investigation of the spies, the Bush Hawks, the WMDs and the war without some big bangs.

"Will that happen? Will Congress cop out? I can’t say it’s looking good. Republicans members of Congress think an Inquisition will hurt their reelection prospects. The White House agrees.

"And many Democrats also think an Inquisition -- and I use that phrase in the noblest and nicest sense -- hurts them politically. Their reading of the polls suggests Americans approve of the outcome of the war no matter what its ostensible justification was. Carping now about dead horses like WMDs could make the Dems look like unpatriotic partisan hacks."

Yep. Another investigation that goes NOWHERE, another cowardly, craven rollover by the spineless Dems. I used to think there was nothing lower in the food chain than lawyers, mucus, and pond scum. I was wrong.
