Senate Punts Pickering, Bush Waxes Hypocritical

A hypocritical, petulant and humiliated Bush whined that Pickering "deserves better than to be blocked by a party-line vote of ten senators on one committee," in a prepared statement. "The voice of the entire Senate deserves to be heard."

If the simple majority in the Senate is sacrosanct, will the administration order an end to Republican filibusters against campaign finance reform and those seeking to water down other proposals? Does this mean Bush will promise to never even threaten to veto legislation passed by the Senate? He won't. Bush is just a raving hypocrite ... again.

Since Bush claims the majority votes are all that matters, will he resign, or at the very least govern moderately? After all, he lost the majority of votes nationwide in 2000!

The answers are obvious. Of course not. Of course not. And of course not. Bush won't respect the Senate majority any more than he respects the Senate Majority Leader. Bush's attack dogs are running amok. GOP ads compared Daschle to Saddam Hussein. One top Republican congressman accused of him treason. Bush changed the tone in Washington -- for the worse. Who does he think he's fooling? His lip service favoring majority rule is a symphony of hypocrisy.

pResident Evil and his gang of thugs are about the biggest bunch of lying, bullying, cheating crybabies I've ever seen - and I used to get beat up a lot! That they have the nerve to try to pull this bullsh!t after the crap they've pulled the past few years - well, it amazes me that there aren't more people calling them on the carpet.
