Puh - the BF had Faux Nooze on and I happened to catch this on the scroll-thing at the bottom of the screen (paraphrasing due to brainfart): 'Palm Beach County, Florida, holding "test election" to evaluate touchscreen voting system...touchscreen system to replace butterfly-ballot debacle that delayed results in 2000 election' (emphasis mine).
