Found this in my mailbox this morning - a quote from a Guardian (UK) article about President Bill Clinton's speech to a Labor Party gathering:
"They especially adored him when he warned about an unelected despot with access to weapons of mass destruction who had already dragged his own country to the brink of ruin and was now threatening the whole world. He also had harsh words for Saddam Hussein."

necessitarian - adjective and noun
Usage example: Revealing her predilection toward determinism if not outright passionate and irrefutable necessitarianism, Lynne Cheney could not help herself from mounting Rummy's leg and humping away like a spastic Rottweiler after she listened to him talk up the finer points of warhead technology. - Mark Morford, SF Gate Morning Fix.
