Toby Keith, the jingoistic nitwit responsible for "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue," will be using the catch-phrase of the Iraqi war to launch his next tour.
Ford Trucks will present Keith's upcoming "Shock 'N Y'all" [Ed. note: Bwaaahahahahaha!] concert tour as part of its launch of the 2004 Ford F-150 model. - link.
