This just in
The U.N. Security Council overwhelmingly approved - by a 14-0 vote - to end the sanctions against Iraq and gave the Bushies and Britain "extraordinary powers" to run the country and its lucrative oil industry.
Syria - the only Arab nation on the council - didn't show up for the vote.
"It's all mine! Suckas!!"
