Oho!
MikeD writes in: 'During today's British House of Commons session Tony Blair defended the action against Saddam Hussein regardless of whether or not weapons of mass destruction were found. Blair now claims that the action was justified because the Iraqis refused to cooperate with Hans Blix and the U.N. inspectors.'
Sounds like he's been taking lessons from Rummy, who once said, in all seriousness, "The fact that the inspectors have not yet come up with new evidence of Iraq's WMD program could be evidence, in and of itself, of Iraq's non-cooperation."
Smells like flop sweat.
