Car bomb kills six in Fallujah, Iraq
Police officers said a small car driven by one man exploded 100 meters (yards) from the main police station in the town west of Baghdad, outside a secondary school for boys. Things must really be goin' great! - - link.
Later Tuesday, eight massive explosions were heard after sundown in Fallujah, coming from the southern area of the city. U.S. officials in Baghdad said they were unaware of the explosions, which residents described as "deafening."
"Basically what they're trying to do is cause people to run...That's what terrorists do," blithering nitwit Smirky McSimpleton told a Rose Garden "news conference" Tuesday (transcript not yet available).

Most Arab media on Tuesday blamed the US failure to provide security in Baghdad for the latest suicide bombings in the Iraqi capital. "Occupation forces are directly responsible for this because of the instability they created in Iraq," wrote the daily al-Khaleej. Whatever.
