A Florida man, dubbed Seminole County's "Annoying Neighbor," was released from jail by a judge hoping he'd clean up his ratty profusion of yard junk and trash. Witnesses saw is Alan Davis moving his giant human butt statue around the yard by sticking his head between the thighs and walking. The consensus: he wasn't really cleaning, just shuffling stuff around. Neighbors have complained about the landscape of swill for a decade. Alan awaits sentencing for felony littering.
