Army Corps clears Halliburton in flap over fuel pricing In Iraq
The Army Corps of Engineers has exonerated Dick 'Chicanery' Cheney's "former" company of any wrongdoing in a fuel-delivery contract that Pentagon auditors claimed overcharged the US government by more than $100 million.
Update: The US Army said on Tuesday it had granted Halliburton a special waiver to bring fuel into Iraq under a no-bid deal with a Kuwaiti supplier.
