US may change plans for Iraq handover
Halliburton too busy fine-tuning Mars drilling contracts.

In a move sure to upset lumpy neonazi Karl Rove, the misadministration is taking another look at its plans to "turn over power" in Iraq by June 30.

Realizing there just might be a bit of a problem with that whole pesky sharing power thing, the State Department will beg for help in setting up and monitoring elections from the irrelevant cheese-eating pinkos in the United Nations, who could send a delegation to Baghdad to help find a solution.

The UN role in Iraq will be discussed next Monday with Secretary-General Kofi Annan, struggling to keep a straight face, presiding at a meeting with US and Iraqi officials.
