CNN reports: the lying fascist Disaster Monkey on Wednesday afternoon "will make a major policy speech on combating the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, a senior administration official said.
"In this week's speech, Bush again will call on the world to address what he views as another global threat, the proliferation of those weapons."
How do we know if they actually exist, though?
