Cat ciao
Does anyone here have an orange cat? Is it male or female? Every orange cat I've ever known has been male, so I did a little checking to see if all are, the way calico cats are female. Here's a bit of what I found out:

Ginger males outnumber females 3 to 1, and virtually all calico cats are female - a male calico is a genetic anomaly and usually sterile.

Egon is orange and white because 'white isn’t a color but the absence of. The genes that cause the suppression of color are stronger than the genes for any color including the mighty orange.'

Oh yeah: a new poll of calico cats across the country reveals that a great majority of them are deathly afraid of Attorney General John Ashcroft.
