Hey, W - stop hiding behind the troops
Not only is the WH ultimately responsible for the prison abuse, it's been consistantly lying about it's part in the scandal.
The White House is about to get hit by the biggest tsunami since the Iran-Contra affair, maybe since Watergate.
With two investigative, corrorborating stories out this week, it's hard to avoid concluding that responsibility for the Abu Ghraib atrocities goes straight to the top, both in the Pentagon and the White House. Bush knew about it. Rumsfeld ordered it. His undersecretary of defense for intelligence, Steven Cambone, administered it.
