Keeping it in the family
Federal regulators fined Riggs Bank a record $25 million on Thursday for 'allegedly violating anti-money laundering laws in its handling of tens of millions in cash transactions in Saudi accounts under investigation for possible links to terrorism financing.'

So what, you say? Well, Napoleon Bonehead's uncle, Jonathan Bush, is not only a top executive there, he's president and CEO of Riggs Investment Management. He's also, like all the Bushies, a very close friend of Prince Bandar - or, as he's also known as, "Bandar Bush."
