Report: Most Guantanamo detainees pose no threat

The Bush misadministration and US military officials have "repeatedly exaggerated" the intelligence value of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, the New York Times reported on Monday.

Contrary to the repeated assertions of senior WH officials, none of the detainees ranked as leaders or senior operatives of al Qaeda.
In a related story, the number of suicide attempts among the "enemy combatants" at Gitmo has skyrocketed. The WH claims it's not due to torture, but anonymous sources say they have been broadcasting Rush Limbaugh's program over AFR.
