White House spokes-tool Scott McClellan said Preznit Partyhat considers corrupt sleazeball DeLay a friend, but suggested that the ethically-challenged pariah is "more of a business associate than a social pal."

That's not very reassuring, considering the majority leader's penchant for bad business decisions, Scott.

"I think there are different levels of friendship with anybody," McClellan said.

Such as the "Shit - it's DeLay! Don't pick up the phone!" level, I suppose.
