Though reboob Senator George Voinovich thinks John Bolton is "arrogant," "bullying," and "the poster child of what someone in the diplomatic corps should not be," he's agreed to let the nomination go to the full Senate, where - and get this - he hopes his fellow rethugs will reject the nomination.
There's a circle of Hell reserved for spineless milquetoasts like this.
