Halliburton announces 284 percent increase in war profits

July 25 -- Halliburton, VP Dick 'chicanery' Cheney's "former" company, announced on Friday that it experienced a 284 percent increase in profits during the second quarter of this year, thanks to the misadministration's preferential treatment on a number of occasions, including the concealment from the public of critical reports by military auditors, HalliburtonWatch reports.
