Popular war preznit nosedives in the polls. Again. Some more
In a new poll, only 38 percent of Americans give Bush the thumbs-up. The other 62 percent select a different digit.

Bush continues to show weakness even among his sheeplike, spreadeagled political base, as more than one in four republicans - 28% - give him poor marks for his so-called performance. Among those who live in “red” states won by Bush in the 2004 election, only rich white men a pathetic 43% hold a positive view of his job performance.
