The House "ethics committee" will not be investigating unscrupulous shit-heel Tom DeLay and the other lawmakers accused of "ethical lapses," such as republican Rep. Bob Ney of Ohio. A six-hour meeting of the useless wankers ended in partisan deadlock Thursday. Just shameful.
