There are so many things wrong today I don't know where to start.

19 republican Senators - including John McCain - voted in favor of giving amnesty to insurgents who've killed US soldiers in Iraq.

No, the other ones. It was thought that two soldiers shot to death in Iraq last year had been ambushed. It turns out they were - by the Iraqi civil-defense officers patrolling with them.
